Hey, I was younger and would not do that now. :rolleyes: I would skip the nail polish.

He was lab/shep mix. oops sorry this is the kitten thread.

My male cat has two bells on his collar--he's that good a hunter. It hasn't actually slowed him down much. :glare:

I loved how my cat used to meow to get out (or in) then would just stand in the doorway so I couldn't close the door... just looking up at me like "yeah, I'm taking my time... what are you going to do about it?"...
My two have never gone outside. I find if they are never allowed to go out right from kittenhood then they don't miss it.

As long as a cat is fixed my experience has been that they'll pretty much get used to staying indoors no matter how old it is when you start, but that some cats will still want to go out if given the opportunity. So, I'm very careful about how long a door stays open.
