Well, I have a sense of familial loyalty, so I cheer for them because of Eli, even though he is clearly inferior to older brother. That big forehead and everything. I think it contributes to his greatness. Sadly, Eli seems to be missing that. :p

;-D

Youch!! Not even had a kickoff yet and our CAT is in mid-season smackdown form............

Love it!!

Now I feel bad. Say sorry. ;-D I really do usually cheer for the Giants in their games. For really real. :biggrin2:

Oh, don't feel bad. I really do love the bashing. It's all in good fun and you and everyone else (except Sunny) are very good at it!!

You're getting the season off to a good start, CAT!:applause:

Here have a shirt.........

Haha, it is fun. ;-D I need to start working on my Steelers digs. I will be a 4 hour Pats fan tonight. :smile2:

Seeing as how CAT's Hubby is a Steelers fan and CAT will be rooting for the Pats I'd like to be the proverbial fly on the wall during tonight's game......LOL
Then he hasn’t trained her well! Everyone in my family knows to only talk about the Patriots, and especially Brady and Belichick, in a demeaning or disparaging manner. My brother-in-law comes up on the weekends to hang out. He was defending Brady over Labor Day. So this week I bought him Keystone Beer (really cheap and bad tasting) to drink this weekend. That’ll teach him! My wife said it was a mean gesture. Hey, my house, my rules!

I'd say he's "trained" her perfectly. My wife won't even watch a game with me......:(

As far as the beer goes..I'm sure you know the old saying about "as long as it's cold"..................;;D

Mine won’t either. Which is fine with me. She expects me to participate in long boring conversations during a Jets game over her Facebook battles, but let me say one word during Big Brother and all hell breaks loose.

Oh, he will complain about the beer, guaranteed. After 20 years you’d think he'd finally realize I’ve got Irish Alzheimer's: I forget everything except the grudges. :)

I'm writing your name down in my book, and striking a line through it. :glare:

;;D Sorry. I just can't stand Roethlistonguetwistername. I really do not like him at all, with Brady it is just a rivalry thing. Plus every time my husband wears any Steelers stuff out and about, he gets hit on. That peeves me. ;-D

I will root for your Jets on occasion. Will that get my name taken out of your book? I don't want no stinkin' Keystone beer.

Haha, you should have seen the meme war we got into a few weeks ago. You think I started bashing early? He has been on it for weeks. It must have been a slow day at work. ;-D

Bah, trained me?!?! I love football way more than he does. I am happy watching every game I get, no matter who is on. He gets bored and wants to watch something different after one. I watch a lot by myself in the basement. ;-D

LOL. The same thing happens to me (getting hit on) when I wear my "Real Men Love Cats" T-shirt that my wife got me as a gag gift (knowing how I feel about our 3 stupid cats). I wear it when we go shopping just to piss her off. :)

Okay... Damn I'm too easy. :(

I wouldn't have bought him anything better than stump water.....
