When i was in high school, my pack of girls would always spend the night at this one friend's house. You know, "I'm staying over at Lala's house...." Anyway, they always had velveeta in the jar. And in our drunken munchie stupors, we would ravage the fridge and i would go for the Velveeta. You know what? I never had any desire to buy Velveeta. In fact I heard it was a guilty pleasure (back in the 80s) but never tried it myself.
So now I have to buy a block of it, just to see what all the hoo-haw is about!
Lucky you weren't staying at "Dipsy's" house as there probably wouldn't have been any Velveeta left! When i was in high school, my pack of girls would always spend the night at this one friend's house.
