Old fan, longtime fan; really, both. Have a "Mr. Mercedes" question.

New here, very nice to meet you all. My name is...well, never mind about that, and I'm a King-aholic. I will post my question about "Mr. Mercedes" (re: location -- Cleveland or no?) in an existing thread someone else started, but since we're required to introduce ourselves first (and since it's not polite not to), hello there.

I am a 55-y/o native Clevelander who owns a little shack in Northern New Mexico where we go to escape people who expect us to do things. I shouldn't really call myself a writer, because that's only what you're called if you actually try to get published. Let's just say I run a construction company because it's easier than disciplining myself to write.

I can't imagine why you'd want to know more about me, but in case you do, I suspect we'll be getting to know each other shortly. Passionate fans of talented people generally develop affinities for one another, and it's safe to say that as King fans, we're already part of one another's tribe. Nice to meet you.
