Okay?!

Hi Staropeace. I would venture to say that the woman sueing is in for a difficult time when she goes before the judge and realizes that she needs to prove her case by explaining what possible advantage or fun or reason at all the officer would have to do such a thing. Even if he was psycho he would come up with something else than pepper spray plus, why the video surveillance does not show what she claims. If it did, the police force would not let the case go to court. Edmonton Sun? That anything like The Sun publication out of the U.K.?

Eowtch. That hurt me.

A female officer must be present during a strip search, or be the one that performs it. So either a female stood by and let it happen, or it was a female that did it. That's one sick piece of work.

It says the officer was disciplined for the act. That pretty much ties up the victim's law suit with a ribbon and a bow.

There is no question that this was done to her.
