I'm a sentimentalist and I totally understand your desire to fulfill your promise to your Mama. I don't think you're being obsessive at all lol but you made your Mama happy while she was alive and if you find a different goal that will make you happy, I'm pretty sure she would want you to go for it. It's got a big Dodge 318 the dude said, suppoed to be a 1970, not in too bad of shape inside, has a commode and propane/electric fridge, and a furnace, all supposed to work...dude's gonna be livin' in style is what I'm sayin.
...that 318 is good old 8 burner...it's what's under the hood of my Plymouth show car...no crapper in it though...
