I'd recommend a mirror instead. At my age at least, doing something like that is usually followed up by a trip to a massage therapist or chiropractor.

What is most important to take a away from this is that Flake is a onesie wearer.I am totally (not) takin' a bunch of Belfies tonight when I'm changing into my onesie....
Not that I am knocking it. I am a onesie fan. I would wear one outside if my wife hadn't specifically threatened me with divorce if I did.

That is great! My brother-in-law had an open wound that would not heal and try as they might, it just never closed up - so I am so happy it is finally healing
