Pie, where to start. My favorite is Lemon Meringue, from scratch. Pumpkin Pie. I used real pumpkin, cooked down and put through the food processor. My husband has learned to like it. Fruit pie. Any fruit. Not too much crust, plenty of filling. Chicken and mushroom or steak and mushroom. Must make more pie.

Yeah, I know why, but that just begs the question - why would you eat it? Why would you eat the organ that turns an animal's toxins into piss, and holds that smell while you cook it?
I guess it is full of vitamin B12 (or so I have heard) - you are right, though - I would prefer that he leave that part out! o_O (I can eat calves liver if it is properly prepared).

lamb kidney has more B12 than beef kidney but I think it is easier just to take a pill
