How and why exactly is this supposed to make me feel better??

So, when are you trying out for Jeopardy? We watch it every night.... would love to see you on there!

I can ace categories but not the game - I don't read enough and what I do know I learned from my mom sharing what she read - and it was normally "Mom, who cares!" but I did retain quite a bit of it... I love the Jeopardy categories where they give you part of the answer, those I can breeze through! (e.g. "K"artoons - cartoons or cartoon characters that start with "K" etc.)

I don't have any interest in being on TV. I was a lifeline for a friend who got on "Who Wants to be Millionaire" during the Regis days. I helped him answer the $125K question.

You're spot on though with the categories. If you don't what category you're in, the Qs are WAAAAAY tougher it seems. They become a clue themselves.

Hubby and I go nuts when they jump around - plus I can't even understand they talk so fast but understand why, because a lot of times they don't clear the board - and, it also irritates me they don't clear the board (OCD). I have many times asked Alex to STFU and let them roll.... but he doesn't listen to me....

Yeah and you can tell when they aren't going to clear it. It's like knowing a car crash is getting ready to happen.

I don't play Trivial Pursuit anymore because I have most of the questions memorized now. I actually learned a lot of the useless trivia stuff I know from those cards. But it'd still be fun. Not sure how Blunt can ignore me in person though, so you might have to count him out so he can have his toddler nap time.

As far as TOUGH trivia shows go, that 500 questions show is pretty tough. I am batting about .600 on it.
