I lived on KFC while I went to cooking school Could not stand to make another meal lolI should have just fired up the barbecue but instead I broiled it inside using the broiler on the oven.
I thought if I removed most of the hard fat on the edges it would be more palatable for us as Josh is not a big fan of fat and neither am I.
The fat and meat got real crispy (There was still a bit of meat attached to the fat).
So I ate the crispy meat and poured the melted fat over the lean part of the steaks as well as adding steak spice, salt and pepper.
Yeah, staropeace is probably right - the hard part is getting him to cook when he’s here because he figures he’s on vacation
Lately, I've been using my new Kindle (a gift from a dear friend) and I've noticed many of my words are autocorrected, a feature that is slightly different on my tablet. I have to be diligent when posting here. Sometimes I mean 'already' but it will change to 'all ready'. Last night I mentioned Night Shift...I won't tell you what that one changed to. Glad I caught it. Ha.
Posting here on Kindle? How? tell.
I can go online through Kindle's search engine called Silk. I can watch Netflix in bed. Read books. Facebook. YouTube. It's great.

Yes, it's a Kindle Fire...guess that makes a difference. I forgot they were initially exclusively e-readers.

I am pretty sure some people are losing their minds this time of year. I think some get extra nice and some just nasty. Everyone should have to work retail this time of year to fully appreciate the madness of retail. I did that in college and fully appreciate the people.
