I was walking around our charming downtown at dawn Sunday.
Oh, gosh, I guess the clock at dawn gives away the time.
The old Post Office. Now an art building and a restaurant downstairs.
I just thought this was an interesting perspective.
Our downtown was the basis of Disneyland's "Main Street."

And I took the grandkids to a wild animal sanctuary about an hour from town.
They had lions, but not really good photo ops, or I could've done the whole Wizard of Oz sequence on it.

...one of the most peaceful pictures I've ever taken...no it's not perfectly farmed or the best setting-but the pure trust and love embodied here just melted my heart....
...we have our grandson Landon, just about every other weekend...and a couple of weeks ago, Tracy did a brief photo-shoot in our backyard-Father's Day was coming up, and since Daddy(my oldest Seth)is in the Service and was going to miss his first ever...she did these to try to bring home and son a little bit closer...
....and Seth seemed pretty happy(and sad as well)about the whole thing...
