...buddy of mine in college was about 5'4" or so.....when we walked together we looked like Arnold & Danny in Twins....we were sitting on the floor once waiting for class to start, when we noticed our torsos were damn near the same length, I just had much longer twigs....People can be the same height overall but their proportions are different, i.e. their legs can be longer or shorter and their shoulder to waist length is different. Her arms could be shorter as well which would make it uncomfortable to have the seat set back farther.
Yep, that's pretty much it.
