I’m going to miss all the bickering, snide comments, rudeness, graphic violence, swearing, nudity and thread sullying......
and most of all....all you wonderful people I have had the pleasure of sharing a little bit of our lives together......hand me that beer......to you all!!!!
....today will be my final day with the SKMB....I poured my heart out previously, and hope you all know how I feel.....work is consuming me and I have a multitude of personal obligations to care for, so a quick final cruise before I bid everyone a fond farewell....damn tears are just gonna blow up the frickin' keyboard.....I leave you with what I hear playing next week as the shutters are closed and secured....

As I say farewell to the SKMB, I remember all the great times and wonderful folks who have been so kind over the years.
I wish you all well. Deepest thanks to Marsha who has kept the boat floating and keel-hauled a few trolls along the way.
And of course, thank you to Mr Stephen King because none of this would be possible without him.

The best message board ever, everyone has been lovely and funny. I don't know what else to say, lest I end up in tears. I will miss all of you here. I'll be here til the end. I wonder how The Man himself feels about it closing. Amazing writer, amazing dude. Hugs and purrs.
