I found myself reading King's book about writing and here I am. I am not yet sure of how any of this works, but I am going to say that it must be a lot like the site "poetsandwriters.com." I'm here. Your here. I am saying hello and guessing that someone else will say it back, or not. I am not really interested in chatting or discussing, I am more so here because King gave an exercise in the book and said to post it on this site. I will be posting that once the exercise is finished, but until then I would like to know where this exercise should be posted. I lied. Unbeknownst to myself, I do want to chat.

- no problemo! - are you done work? - i.e. still on night shift? I have a couple of weeks off and Andy is still in bed!
...my last day of vacation was yesterday, and I return to work tonight...dreading it, sick to my stomach about it...I hate that the place gives me such a set of nerves, but maybe it will be a little better when I get back on days here eventually-so that I don't have to carry the weight of being responsible for 2,500 plus inmates and all the staff on nights...our Doc is only available by phone on my shift, and I'm the senior nurse there-so I'm stuck with a lot of the decision making...

...it's not fun...worrying about getting sued, loss of license etc......Dang GNT! All that responsibility and worry would make my head explode
