It did me! Today was the last day that Karen had to watch her niece, and nephew. Those 2, with Karen's 2, drove me nuts! She has had them for over 2 years now. The nephew starts school this year, and the niece has been in school, so Karen got both of them in the summer. She only watched them for 1/2 day, but that was way more than enough!

Late start for me, rains came in early with a loud and bright light show. Critters settled down and I took myself a nap. Awesome.
I wish I could have a "do what I wanna do" weekend! We have to paint. Only one little room but painting is the worst!!
You know those commercials they always run when it's a long weekend that show some couple that wake up one morning and decide they want to paint? So they run to Home Depot (or wherever), grab some paint and supplies, run home and paint it all up in a matter of hours. Then they relax in their all put back together house with a smile. It's a lie!!!! Painting is never that easy or quick.
Oh well at least it will be done and I won't have to worry about it anymore.
I hope you all have a great weekend whether it's longer or shorter.
Now I feel bad. I always have a 'do what I want' weekend. Week days too as a matter of fact. Being retired makes that happen, and Karen does all the chores now, not me. 
I've had a weird rash all day--started on my arm, now it's on both arms & my chest. Benadryl made it a little better, but it put me to sleep, too, so only got part of the Friday clean up done I'm supposed to go to my first event as an official reporter tonight (the First Friday Art Stroll), but I feel gross (and still tired from the Benadryl). Poop.

That's pretty exciting! What room, what color? I love to paint - inside. We've got to paint the outside of the house this fall. GOT TO. Or hire someone if we win the lottery. I'll trade ya! Painting inside is Zen for me.

Did you change detergents, softener, soap?
Oh dear. I recommend a shower, soap you know you're not allergic to and fresh clothes washed in detergent you know you're not allergic to. It could be something that touched your skin and spread that's still on your skin. You might be allergic to something you ate or some pollen. No insect bites? Instead of the antihistamine Benadryl, you can try Claritin (generic version is way cheaper) which doesn't cause drowsiness. You should be able to use Benadryl creme without becoming drowsy, or any kind of soothing lotion. Sitting listening to a really good thunder going. Flashes in the sky and a just alittle later you hear thor and his creatures rumble across the sky. Its really close and the sometimes the window is actually shaking..... I like thunder and lightning... It is beautiful.
