Mercy. Baton Rouge got hit HARD with flooding. We're not in the city proper, but we're close to it. The interstates are still out, the body count is still uncertain, and people are still being saved from their underwater homes.

i am home! safe in my very own bed. Feels wonderful. and Nomik.... the reason i did not say anything about Amsterdam was that all i saw was the interior of an airport. Not very exciting really. but it looked nice from above........

Welcome home! There's nothing like sleeping in your own bed for a better night's sleep. Will you have a few days before you have to return to work to get acclimated back into your time zone?
