I couldn't finish the quiz.....question 11 asked about my favorite character in How I Met Your Mother. I've never seen the show......I kinda doubt any of the goddesses have either. LoL

That sounds awfully close to the time my Mom told me that there were starving children in the world who would LOVE to have the ground pork burger she caught me feeding to the dog. I think she started by saying the exact same thing......There ARE worse things.

Do they use that "it won't stick around long this time of year" aphorism where you are when it snows this late in the season? Anybody who says that to me knows they better not be within striking distance as it just makes me even more cranky about snow because IMO it shouldn't be snowing at all past March.Hi all,
Just popping in quick between chores and errands. Have both kiddos today but only one car seat, so Scott and I are sharing the errand running.
We got 6 inches of snow on Tuesday. Another (possible) 6 inches due tonight. So very tired of winter.
Ali has a band concert tonight and field trip tomorrow. Ty's class is supposed to go to Devil's Tower tomorrow but I am thinking they will cancel because of the weather. He will be disappointed, Devil's Tower is one if his very favorite places to go.
Hope everyone is well. Hoping things slow down so I can be here more very soon. Big hugs and positive vibes to all.
Yes! I hate that saying! Everything from Tuesday did melt off yesterday, but still...I am past ready for sunshine. It is practically May for crying out loud.Do they use that "it won't stick around long this time of year" aphorism where you are when it snows this late in the season? Yikes! No complaints to tempt fate that way for sure.Yes! I hate that saying! Everything from Tuesday did melt off yesterday, but still...I am past ready for sunshine. It is practically May for crying out loud.
I am trying not to complain too loud though, because it is the anniversary this weekend of a blizzard in the 80s that dumped 3 feet of snow here...no sense tempting Mother Nature to try to top that.
