Hile, Gunners.
Wasn`t online yesterday much, 5 minutes on FB, checked the mail and went back to bed.
Have an appointment with my doctor today, can`t take this sickness anymore, enough is enough.
I`m no big fan of chemicals, but nothin lese helped, the natural remedies and whatnot, I`m still burning up and coughing up a storm.
Gota go and see what`s what.
80 pages into Sleeping Beauties, too early to say anything yet, the premise is interesting.
Hope your week is going well.
Love and lights. :)

Healing vibes your way!! ((Srbo))

Hope everyone has a happy Hump Day!! (((All in need or not)))

Somewhere over the rainbow
Must dash off now - getting my hair done in advance of the big road trip - want to look nice (sister is not picky but she is my big sis and it will be great to see her again after all these years!)
I just got a dye-job on my hair - erasing years.
Hadn't realized how ancient graying hair appears.
Problem is that, once you start, it's kinda tough to quit...
When gray roots start growing back, it's gonna look like... uh... not good.

I don't tend to bother with appearances that much;
Don't wear make-up, jewelry, accessories, and such...
But we're going to a wedding with a "hipper" crowd
For my sister's daughter... She said, "frumpy's not allowed."

So, I'm getting all dolled up... I even did my toes.
Went out shopping with my Mom and bought some sexy clothes.
Don't think I can keep this up 'cause it's a lot of work.
Frumpy is much easier and I'm a lazy jerk.

Back from the doc.
He says it`s a post viral cough and fever, I was apparently sick before this and didn`t know it, so these are the remnants of the actual virus that can actually make you cough more violently than the virus you have when you are sick.
That`s what I got anyway from all that mambo jumbo.
The fever is to be treated with Advil, rest and sleep. He gave me some liquid percocet for the cough, to be taken once daily.
Yeah, well, OK then, not dying. Yet.
:D

Glad you actually got professional help. Since you seldom take meds, you might respond quickly and leave all those pesky symptoms behind. Get well and enjoy your trip!

...post viral?.....was this MD wearing a witch doctor's mask?...brother, it ain't post viral nothin'-the virus is still causing the symptoms...the Advil is fine for fever, but there is no such drug as liquid Percocet...

...I literally checked an updated drug guide.....oh well, whadda I know?....
I'm not calling you out, don't get defensive. I do know you are an RN, after all. I'm just curious and was hoping you'd clarify. I'm genuinely curious since I've never made any distinctions between different brands of oxycodone, per se, but I do realize there are probably unique differences. Again, I wasn't checking you, bro.
