I'm genuinely curious since I've never made any distinctions between different brands of oxycodone, per se, but I do realize there are probably unique differences. Again, I wasn't checking you, bro.

...oh man, I know that!...wasn't being defensive-more wry, but that's hard to impart in print....I believe it is possibly Oxycodone-Hydrochloride, of which one use-is cough suppression....

Back from the doc.
He says it`s a post viral cough and fever, I was apparently sick before this and didn`t know it, so these are the remnants of the actual virus that can actually make you cough more violently than the virus you have when you are sick.
That`s what I got anyway from all that mambo jumbo.
The fever is to be treated with Advil, rest and sleep. He gave me some liquid percocet for the cough, to be taken once daily.
Yeah, well, OK then, not dying. Yet.

Liquid Percocet? Hmmm - sounds good - my son has had this hacking cough now since last Friday night.

I'm feeling a bit miserable myself but I am taking NeoCitran (hot lemon drink) plus today I plan to go out to the pharmacy and get some more cold/flu tablets.

I bought that Buckley's cough syrup for mucous and phlegm - yikes! What a flavour on that stuff! You have to swallow it very quickly.

...post viral?.....was this MD wearing a witch doctor's mask?...brother, it ain't post viral nothin'-the virus is still causing the symptoms...the Advil is fine for fever, but there is no such drug as liquid Percocet...

Up here in Canada I think it might sometimes still be prescribed (not actually sure); they gave Andy liquid morphine back when he was being treated for cancer. Of course we had to jump through hoops to get it, as some people abuse these substances. (This was quite a few years back).

I just walked right out of my house to run errands without my darn keys. Scott left to run an errand and I was going to run a few, divide and conquer type thing, so I cannot get back in the house to get them until he gets back.



So much for divide and conquer.

At least it is a beautiful day! Sage and I can sit on the patio until he gets back.
