Have to go shopping for his birthday dinner ingredients. He picked enchiladas, so I will make a pan of beef and a pan if chicken ones. And bake a cake. Will be a busy day. Will have a houseful tonight for dinner.

Making another loaf of home made bread today (I'm trying to perfect my recipe).
It's much warmer here today than in the last couple of days when it was absolutely frigid.
Andy is advising me to just let the bread rise at room temperature and not put it somewhere temporarily to stop the rising (I was thinking of our cold pantry that is about 5 degrees Celsius or similar to a fridge).
Anyway, gotta log off now and go pick up Josh - take care - Love and Green Lights!
