That was my thought too. If it is this awful coming off of it, what the heck is it doing to the inside of a person's body? Messing it up!

I'm also coming off of caffeine and carbs. Whoa. tough.

I'm not sure you'd find a pulse on me without caffeine. Keep a journal if you can to note all the changes you're going through and how you feel after you've purged it out of your system. I don't know if I'd try it, but if it goes well with you, I might consider it - sugar anyway, not caffeine.

I'm up to two 60 second planks a day. I'm not attempting the challenge anymore. 270 seconds all at once seems impossible. But two 60s are good. Better than most people can do.

Also, I've thrown in the towel on my New Year's resolution to floss everyday. I'm no good at it - I get the floss too tight around my fingers and it's hard to reach my very back teeth. This has been my New Year's resolution for about 5 years in a row. Clearly, I'm into failure.

I'm up to about 90 seconds a day planking. Your flossing thing made me laugh so much! My NY resolution was to take my make up off every night. That lasts for about 2 weeks. :my_bad:

Egad! I was so sad to realize that when I got up at 7am, it was really 8am. And everybody else in this house slept till 11, but nope, not really - it was Noon before they starting moving. Which means it'll be the wee hours before they want to sleep. I hate this losing an hour thing. It needs to go away.

Floss can be used to strangle someone. Try to break a string of floss. Go ahead, try..........

That whole planking thing? I've made progress. I can pick my belly up off the floor for about half a second before I wish I was dead.
LOL- keep it up girl! you'll be holding at 10 seconds before you know it. It takes a while. I've been doing it for a long while and 60 is the best I can do - I will try to increase at some point. Just a couple weeks ago I was dying at 45 secs.
