Hi all - no time to read previous posts or I will be late for work!

Just popping in to say hello and that life has been very busy and hectic so I haven't been checking in for a couple of days now...

Take care and be good to each other out there in the cold, cruel world!

Love and green lights!

p.s. Let's all meet here for a quick drink and a chit chat!

Ah, the first cup of coffee is so satisfying. I don't want to do what I need to do: breakfast, pack lunches, feed dogs, get everyone out the door. Am I the only crazy person here who makes her own dog food? I cook, for the dogs, every meal, every day - I have done this for 6 years or so. It's a hassle but they are so healthy and gorgeous.

Been cooking for the critters for years. Too many pet food recalls, and critters do better on home cooked anyway. Glad to hear you cook for them too.

Excellent!! We'll have to swap ideas. Mine get so tired of rice, so I do oatmeal, baked potatoes, and pasta for filler. I'm very careful about the protein because it's so important that they get enough. If the kids drop a chip or other junk food on the floor, our puppy won't eat it. She doesn't think it's food. The older dog knows better and is happy to get all the junk for herself.

you too! How are the horses doing? Lady and Asta both.

They are doing just fine. Lady's knee healed fine and a vet recommended a new medicine that Sara try on Lady now. It has
to do with the asthma Lady have. It's a new medicine a drug actually. The drug has only just come for sale and it should help
so Lady's asthma can be cured. I hope it's a super drug and Lady who has suffered of her asthma in 10 years can live a normal life.
Asta spend her retirement days. Eating and is enjoying her life. She must be half blind and half deaf. But otherwise she's OK.
Thanks for asking.
