Well, this has been a helluva day. I got my house almost entirely cleaned (aside from my bedroom--that's always dead last on the list); forgot my son had a half day and had to dash across town when the school called; killed a black widow in the kids' bathroom *shudder*; had a delicious, light dinner, prepared by The Man; and I'm pretty sure I've come to a major decision about my writing. WHEW!
Now I plan on a shower, wine, Edith Piaf radio on Pandora, and enjoying the continuing saga of my daughter's trip to ComiCon (She met Chandler Riggs! Jon Berenthal smiled at her! He's really cute! She doesn't care if he's as old as her dad! {Dad wishes he was that age again-lol})
If I don't make it back before Sunday, everyone have a beautiful, blessed, peaceful weekend

Happy Easter all! I get four days off with the family, which makes me very happy. Going for a cruise along the coast today in the 'Stang, then back here for home made curry. Tomorrow going to a beautiful country park for a walk. Sunday/Monday is forcast rain, so will most likely be pyjama time, cooking up a fantastic Roast on Sunday and generally lazing about with my favourite people in the world. Have a lovely weekend where ever you are

Ham is on sale. I'll go get one for Sunday. Grandma and I don't color eggs anymore - the kids and grandkids do them at their house to bring them over, and my eldest son and I hide them. It promises to be a nice Easter day. So far.
By the way, even if Passover and Easter are on the same weekend this year, my friendly advice is to NOT take ham if you're invited to a Seder.
