What is your IQ? Take the IQ test!

I don't remember ever taking an IQ test...which probably says something about my IQ. I have come across a number of people who have informed me of their IQ...never low...information always provided with a note of pride. Saw this link earlier a.m. Took it. 20 questions...the do remind me of tests I know I have taken...the questions become progressively harder and I think I winged it on the last two...last one for sure. Scored an 80...alas. It's those darn multiple-choice questions...has to be...used to think I had problems darkening the circle...something to do w/eye-hand coordination. That's my argument and I'm sticking to it. Anyone interested in taking the test?

We have a gifted daughter, and the psychiatrist who tested her suggested my husband and I take the test as well because "the apple doesn't fall far from the tree". So I took it, and thought I did pretty good. I told my husband not to feel too bad if he didn't score as well as I did (though I was still several points under my 7 year old daughter - she's 22 now though). So he took the test, and he was 25 points higher than me (still not as high as gifted girl). Clearly he's the apple tree. I'm the creative soulful presence among these brilliant people I live with. It's not so bad, really. It's pretty good actually. No one asks my help with homework, especially math. But if they need a project board done, they let me help them cut and paste.

Yeah, there is something like "three-minute quiz" at the link provided about the IQ Test...so like before when I took tests, I was aware of time. I know I looked for the clock ticking away but apparently there isn't a time limit. I have never done well on tests where you must blacken a circle. I dunno what it is. This one you don't blacken a circle so maybe I've evolved?

I got 138 on this one. On past tests, I've scored 142 and 146.....

Yeah, salmon is okay for me. The tuna spread is also with mayonnaise and corn.

I have just never had corn with tuna and mayonnaise before - then again I am Canadian and hubby is Scottish so if I can eat haggis and he can eat Canadian bacon, then I guess I could try tuna and corn together - why not? I like to be adventurous!

Corn is great in salates and great courses. I tend to eat it a lot.
