I'll join you, darling!
Oh, how I wish you could! We could have so much funI'll join you, darling!
Safe travels! Yay Grandma - it's good to save $1000. It's hard to wrap my head around the fact that you're already using heat. My a/c is still going, but it's getting better down here. I don't think we'll get over 80 all week.Heading to the airport in less than an hour, and happy to be doing it.
Grandma says things wait to happen until I leave, and she seems to be right. Our kids have had stitches and broken bones when I've been on the road. This trip, it's the furnace. It gave out, and while I'll been enjoying sunny, warm days, Grandma's been in a Colorado house with no heat. And naturally, thanks to modern communications, I could be part of that whole go-'round while she brought in the people to evaluate and fix, except the furnace is kaput, and we need a new one.
Fortunately, we're in good shape momentarily (although it's not going to last), and I told her to go ahead. Now the victims are the furnace sellers/installers. Oh, they'll get it done, but it won't be a flounce-in-and-bill-us. Because Grandma is a terrifying negotiator. It came down over a thousand bucks in price soon after she and I hung up and she turned to face the HVAC purveyors.
Oh yes, honey. This is my bacon face too. Here's a tofu BLT for you.

This is the first time this season we've had to try the heat. But yeah, we're capable of having snow for Easter and certainly Halloween. On the other hand, we're also capable of an 80-degree day in January. If you're bored with the weather here, just wait a half hour.Safe travels! Yay Grandma - it's good to save $1000. It takes considerable effort on my part just to peel the thing to eat.A little veggie fun before we order pizza delivery.
I often don't bother at all, I tear into it and either eat around the peel or spit it out.It takes considerable effort on my part just to peel the thing to eat.
