The jury found the man guilty, the man who beat his wife senseless back in December...posted about it here...or in the weather thread. We're having a conversation I see nothing wrong with noticing hey what's that over there! Although some take offense, mea culpa. From time to time the king is unclothed, what can I say? Anyway, they deliberated about three and a half hours if the news in the Gazette is accurate. Some of what the man said on the stand--he took it to defend himself--and it's incredible the things he said to minimize the murder of his wife. She wouldn't give me any space. I've heard rumors that to this day he does not believe he did anything wrong. Several calls to 911...the first, from here...from her, it's an emergency. If you can come, so fast. The jury was asked to consider how considerate he was in allowing her to make that initial call...as well as him in the background saying he's crazy....and to consider...something else...his second call...no need to come...she's asleep on the kitchen floor snoring. I don't know what shade of murder they found him guilty of...we've all these variations.
