Since they moved out, and we have very nice new neighbours, I figured what was the point. I got my ipod back. The jewellery was only sentimental value - they would not have got anything for it anyway. What goes around comes around, I say. The mother is moving in a few days so they won't be back. Apparently they broke into her place and stole a lot from her as well.
