I tried to go down along one of those tracks but it is a long way and many twists in the road. Very beautiful though. We spent almost a day there. In the summer so no snow but it was cool. A stunning sight, the enormity in it. I have only felt a similar think when a saw the Taj Mahal close by. Very different but the same sense of awe.I remember one trip to the Grand Canyon when I was little; it amazed me that we could be wearing coats and standing in snow at th rim, but we could see the sun shining in the bowl itself. It was fascinating, and even though I was only about 5 on that trip, I still have a very clear picture in my mind
Looks beautiful. We have something called the Butterflyhouse where they have, you guessed it, butterflies. But also some lizards and other animals that need some heat.It is pretty dark up where I am too, so I know how this seasonal affective disorder can affect people. Even if it is dark, try to get out of the house for a little while to get some fresh air.
Do you have a solarium or some kind of public greenhouse (like an arborium I think it is called). Sometimes that can help too - seeing all the plants, walking among them and smelling the earth and growing things.
We have one here called the Assiniboine Park Conservatory

I take at least 800 mg or 1000 mg of vitamin D every day but you can actually take up to 2000 (my friend's doctor recommended this much to her).

Usually i.m feeling a little grumpy and down a few days and then a snap out of it. But my father had problems with. When it him he could just lie in his bed and not do a thing for days. He got some of these antidepressant pills from a doctor to take if it come around again. My brother has begun to show impatient symptoms. That means that hes planning to get me over either summer or the next. Hes based in Fort Collins Colorado. We do our trip from there.I hope you get to feeling better sir. If you're ever in the States, stop on by here in Arkansas. Plenty of sunshine, lots of mountains, and plenty of locally brewed beer to sample. I can only imagine how beautiful Sweden is throughout the year. Stay safe sir.

Thats actually very close to where the crownprincess lives. She lives in Haga Castle just a bit further away.
She decided it was better for her two-year child to live in the nature as much as possible so chose the castle with a lot of nature an a big tradition for royal children to play in that garden.I did not know that but I do now!
I never knew the story of Christmas tinsel before.
