Still trying to fix my sleep habits. Feel asleep early today but awoke after two hours after a nightmare. I dreamt i was driving a car that was going uphill. It was located in smaland, a place in southern Sweden where we used to have out country house. I don't even have a driving license. And as i through up that road a lot of pets kept jumping out on the road in front of the car. Sometimes they even slept on the road. It was like some crazy videogame where you get points if you don't kill a pet. Well, i killed a lot of pets in that dream. One goat, One dog and six cats i am sure of but it might have been more. I heard them bouncing on the car or getting crushed by the wheels and some i just narrowly managed to steer clear of. Some cats went under the car but wasn't run over, don't know if they was ok or not. Horrible dream. A kind of nightmare i never had before.

((Kurben)) So sorry you are having trouble sleeping. This is a very specific dream. Have you done any online or library research on dream interpretation? There are some sites that are better than others. Most likely this has something with you being out of control (driving, no license, not able to avoid the animals, etc.) in some aspect of your life. Check out some dream dictionaries and see if anything has any meaning for you.

There are some sites that are better than others. Most likely this has something with you being out of control (driving, no license, not able to avoid the animals, etc.) in some aspect of your life. Check out some dream dictionaries and see if anything has any meaning for you.

Actually no, i just turn out the light and go to sleep. But after this dream i managed to fall asleep. I read a little of Kings The Langolliers to calm down and slept like a baby for more than 10 hours. Didn't wake up until 1.30 pm. The clock must have sounded but it sure didn't bother me. I suspect the goat in the dream come from DJ.... I mean i have never thought of goats as pets until i "met" her. But the rest..... But i might look up one of these dream dictionaries and look through it. But the main thing is that i got some proper sleep. I missed a half day of work but what the heck.
