Well I've tied up 2 sales today and slapped my years holiday form on the bosses desk. No blue here!! 
Only blue is from the cold 20mph wind steadily blowing. Happy actually, as across the road neighbors finally made it back to Fl from WI.
yeah, I can get on that blue Monday train - I'm sad to be here, want to stay home until summer and then go down to Florida to summer on the beach. I shoulda been a trophy wife.
Looked it up and here's the formula used to decide which Monday in January is deemed "Blue Monday":

To make matters worse, we had to let someone go today. So you know he's not having a great day.
Oh man! That's the pits! Horrible way for his year to begin!
On the flip side, I think he didn't care much for the job, so maybe he was relieved?
I had a good Monday. Worked only 4 hrs and got time off this evening. What are you all complaining about.

All I did today so far was drive my son to an appointment then helped a guy who needed a battery boost. I am glad to see someone is having a positive outlook on life! Way to go!

Well, it would have been yesterday for me so... yeah! Made it through Blue Monday unscathed... barely noticed it even!
