I've been to a lot of other cons but not a Walker Stalker. In a way I'm glad they did this because I've met quite a few of the WD people and to be honest they're hurting the regular convention scene. I don't know if the entire cast has the same management team but this group has been the first to bring prices up considerably. They started charging more than normal for autographs and others have since followed suit because why not? They're taking a "if they can do it so can we approach" Not all, but some. I bypassed some of the "minor" characters such as Eugene, Bob, and Tara. Alanna Masterson was charging 10 bucks at a con just to talk to her. I wasn't at that particular one but a friend sent me a picture of her table sign and I laughed. THAT is insanity right there. Norman Reedus is charging 80 bucks a pop right now and you can't take a picture with him at the table so you have to spring for a pro photo op as well. I met him back in 2011 before he became the rock star that he is now and he was charging 20 bucks for auto and he hung out in the bar on Thursday night before the convention started on Friday and talked and played around. I have a great bar picture with him. There's no way he could do that now. I will say of the ones I've met all were nice and down to earth and fan appreciative. With the exception of a couple.
As for Walker Stalker, like Arista said, bring a hefty wallet. From experience I would guesstimate $30-$40 per auto for minor players and $50 and above for major. Forwarning:they may charge extra for a picture at their table as well. Some may not do table pics so if you want a picture you'll be paying for a pro photo op as well. If you go and can meet Scott Wilson, do it. He's an awesomely friendly guy. The only one now that I would love to meet and haven't yet is Melissa McBride. I want to get her on my Mist poster!

He's coming to our Con in September! I've been vacillating about going, but that leaned me closer to yes :)

Do it skimom! You won't be disappointed. I had him sign a Behind the Mask 8x10 because I love that movie and he signed his name and also put Herschel. He's like wait a minute......he crossed out Herschel and wrote Eugene and then asked if I just wanted to start over with a new picture and I was like no way! this is awesome! lol.
Which con is it? Do you go to many? Hell maybe I've seen you at one! =D

Greg Nicotero did make-up effects for the most excellent From Dusk Til Dawn series season one... also saw Emily Kinney on an episode of The Following. She got her throat cut by episode's end. Hmmmm, she just gets killed in everything she's in doesn't she? Btw, in the Following there's a scene where serial killer Joe Carrol and his teen-age protege Mandy watch her mother's house burn down in a scene that reminded me of the one with Daryl and Beth at the cabin. Friends with zombies/survival benefits)

Just Cons around me :) This one is Salt Lake Comic Con, in September. They do a FanX, as well. We've had a really good time at the two we've attended :)

Kinney was on The Flash, as well (and I think The Arrow--I don't watch that one, so I'm not sure). Pretty forgettable.
