i meant 'louses' as in....

I am thankful that all the years of schooling, kiddo never came home with lice. Thanks indeedy. Just thinking about things crawling in my hair makes me itch.
I remember when My kids were in school. and 1/2 the kids were sent home with lice. That was a shock,that one school had so many. Makes you wonder how long they had had it.
Natural lice-killer:
Gallon jug of vinegar
Bottle of lemon juice
Salt
Mix 'em all up.
Make sure it's warm (because dumping cold stuff on your head sucks).
DO NOT WET OR WASH HAIR FIRST.
Rinse hair repeatedly with the vinegar/lemon juice/salt solution. Obviously, keep it out of eyes, nose, etc. Putting a rolled wash rag over the eyes usually does the trick, facing up.
Repeat weekly.
Voila. No need for toxic shampoos.

Somehow, this doesn't surprise me
If you put styling hair mousse in the hair, the lice can not stick to the hair shaft. Old trick still works well.
