UK newbie

Hi All
Been a SK fan since Carrie, just finished Insomnia, Joyland & Revival; looking forward to the new book "Finders Keepers". My faves are, The Dark Tower series, The Stand and The Talisman with Peter Straub.
My questions are 1. Will you ever visit the UK, and 2. Will you ever do another collaboration (as in The Stand) again?
