I would just want another season (season 3 being its last possibly) for a satisfying conclusion :)
Me too. But if a Season 3 doesn’t come to fruition, King could always write a piece akin to “Guns” and donate the money to the library at MIT. I hear tell that place is filled with eggheads. :)

;-D

I agree with you--I just hope that SK dies write the finale. The s2 premiere still stands as my favorite episode of the season.
I just hope the s2 finale doesn't leave us (too much) frustrated!

Oh yes! I was going to comment on that too.
Of course lima beans would save the day! Of course they would. They are awesome! Now, I wonder if lima beans CAN predict blood type and how someone would go about seeing those results. Hmmm, excuse me sir, may I poke you so you can bleed into my lima beans so I can see your blood type?
Sorry, but no, because there is absolutely no redeeming value in lima beans. :barf:

If Season 2 ends with a cliffhanger in anticipation of another season (and not a satisfying end to the show), but it isn’t picked up for renewal by a network for a Season 3, do you think Stephen King would write a suitable ending for the fan faithful?

And note: "They all died. The End." doesn't count!

Would you count this ending?

Peter Shumway enters the bedroom carrying a breakfast tray, "Wake up sleepyhead!"
Julia rubs the sleep from her eyes, "I just had the strangest dream."

Loved that show and that episode was hysterical. I'd never watched Dallas but I got it and thought it was brilliant.
Hmmm… this post you comment on, but my prior question and suggestion not a peep out of you. No zippy lip, no biting of the lip, no motherly advice, no "when hell freezes over." Criminy! ;):)

I know, I'm really off my game today. No witty repartee came to mind on that one so was hoping it would just slide on by.

And I figured the one finger salute probably wasn't very ladylike.

Oh, I love this thread and you guys! I LOL'd at No Bounce No Play's new theory! Can't wait to see. I still need to watch Monday's episode and catch up on the last few pages of chatter, but...

Now that Lyle is back, the original four hands are inside the dome!!!

I hope they are able to do something big with that at the end.

And Spidey, thanks so much for that review link. That was hilarous!

Can't wait to watch the last two!!! Thanks for sharing the wild ride ya'll!

Oh wow!

Jim killed Lyle? wow. Of course, he will be back next episode with a bandaid. What the hell is going on with this dome? I want answers!!!!
That was a scary scene for me,
Jim killing Lyle. That was just... too cruel.

The last episode next week, right? I hope we will get the answers.
Who is behind all of that, where is the egg from, why the military want it so much and won't let it go back under the dome? Is the dome is really there to protect the town, or it will kill everyone in the end? Is it possible only Big Jim survives in the end? Somehow I think Julia will die in the next episode... I hope I'm wrong.
