Tonight, a new recipe, Salsa Chicken with green beans, tomorrow, Italian Pork chops with boiled new potatoes, Wednesday, we'll have my Mexican Stroganoff and Thursday, burgers from the grill with all the fixings. Have to plan ahead as the weather is closing in on us.
Recipes, please? I'm always looking for new things to try.

The woods are lovely dark and deep
I cook for six so ingredients are adjusted. To make things neat, Mz. Sun, go to Allrecipes.com for the Salsa Chicken and Mexican Stroganoff. Just type titles in Search. The Mediterranean Chicken Stew is a Diva recipe, lemme track it down and get back to you.

I thought it was pulled pork sandwiches, but apparently the meat is not thawed, so now plan B. But I was not told what that is.
Hhmmmm...

Here 'tis, Mz. Sun, it's a Taste of Home recipe.
Ingredients

1 serving (1 each) equals 236 calories, 9 g fat (2 g saturated fat), 63 mg cholesterol, 738 mg sodium, 14 g carbohydrate, 3 g fiber, 24 g protein.
Directions
  1. In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in oil for 3-4 minutes or until tender. Add chicken; cook for 6-8 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Stir in the tomatoes, peppers, olives, salt and oregano; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  2. Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; gradually stir into chicken mixture. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 1 minute or until thickened. Serve with rice. Yield: 6 servings.

Here's lunch today - I call it
PMS emergency chocolate lunch
Graham crackers
