In the process of making this: Edited: I put the wrong recipe below. I'm doing the loaf pan lasagna for two.

That looks good - I could make that for me and Josh as Andy does not like pasta (can you believe that?)In the process of making this: Edited: I put the wrong recipe below. I'm doing the loaf pan lasagna for two.
It turned out really yummy and it was pretty easy. But one loaf pan was plenty for the two of us. It makes 3 and you can freeze the ones you don't use. That looks good - I could make that for me and Josh as Andy does not like pasta (can you believe that?)

I have had this very meal many times in my life. Exactly. I miss it.Cucumber salad, salmon patties, black eye peas and cornbread. The cucumbers, tomatoes and onions have been soaking in vinegar and ice water all night. Just need salt and pepper.
Peaches for dessert.
Really? Remind me again, DJ. You are from the South or have family here?I have had this very meal many times in my life. Exactly. I miss it.
Dear Doc, you should seriously live next door to me.Had a big farmer's market haul. Tried my first butternut squash, which I cubed and baked on 400 with brown sugar and cinnamon. I used up most of what I bought. I fried okra and pork chops and made cornbread to go with the purple hull peas. I'm hoping to get some more peaches because I want to make a peach pound cake. I felt like a toddler eating them; my shirt was covered in juice and I actually had to wipe my neck clean.
Dear Doc, you should seriously live next door to me.
Love, Sunny
I am not from the South but I had/have family who lived/currently living in the south. Southern food is so good. And my mom had family roots in the south along with my dad, so we had this all the time growing up out west.Really? Remind me again, DJ. You are from the South or have family here?
