Bangor West?! No!!! Bangor West sucks, go Bangor East!!!
Start with The Books Of Blood. They're short stories. The Damnation Game was really good, too.I've been wanting to read some Barker but not sure where to start
That's why my bookshelves are always a mess!
I really liked it and though the main character had a lot of ups and downs my attention never wavered.I just finished The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. It was a book club pick. I would recommend it, and Uncle Steve liked it too. It was very long and she could have used a better editor. (wordy that you can skim) but the story grabs you in and holds you there.
Did you find something to read on the commute, then? Or listen too?
I don't know if I can stay on very long - my eye is giving me some trouble ever since this morning (but I will try to get on there!)Finished reading Sneakers in Nightmares & Dreamscapes for our Discussion Group tonight at 8:30 p.m. (Central). If you've read it-join us!!
(I hope it gets better soon! Maybe after some eye drops and a good night's sleep-take extra vitamins! )I don't know if I can stay on very long - my eye is giving me some trouble ever since this morning (but I will try to get on there!)
Take care of that eye Dear. Eyes aren't anything to mess with.Hope it feels better.I don't know if I can stay on very long - my eye is giving me some trouble ever since this morning (but I will try to get on there!)

Thank you - my throat seems a bit swollen on the right side so maybe there is something goin' on there - I need some of that yummy Buckley's cough syrup - it tastes bad, but it works!Hope today finds your eye better.
Love, love, love Dracula!Despite having a ton of library books to finish, I picked up Dracula. I haven't read it for years, and realized that there are great swaths that I can't remember. So far, I like it more than I remember liking it when I was in H.S..
