To me it is clearly gold and white. However, there is a picture of it circulating that was taken in shadow that makes the dress appear blue and black . I think it is nothing more than lighting.

Are you seeing dark blue, or more of a blue tinge? For me it goes white/gold to blue tinge/beige. But my understanding is some people see dark blue.
