Tonight, staying up late to watch the original Stephen King's IT. (You may have heard of it before?)

I think I last saw it when it first aired on tv. DS has never seen it and wants to see the original before we watch the remake. He reserved tickets for tomorrow. His treat. :jammin:

Spent the last hour dealing with a fire at our rental house next door. Somebody put cardboard on top of the woodstove. Thankfully, the fire didn't get far but we had the firemen check that there were no hot spots in the walls and use their huge fan to blow the smoke out.

If we'd known that it needed to be spelled out, we'd have put in the lease: "NOTHING gets put on top of a burning woodstove." :glare:

Had a similar issue in my condo complex a while back. People moving into a first floor unit had stacked all their cardboard moving boxes on the floor touching the electric baseboard heater. It was late November so they had turned on the heat. Naturally, they ignited...

Fire alarm went off at 4:30 in the morning. Everyone had to evacuate and wait in the parking lot in mid-20s cold for the FD to give the all clear.

Luckily, the fire didn’t spread and no one was hurt.

Yikes! That's even worse. More people = more headaches. Can't imagine how scary that must have been for all those people freezing their patoot off in that cold. :cold: But, as you note, the most important thing is that nobody got hurt in either case.

Fire scares the bejeezus out of me. I have so many things that, if I lost them in a fire, I would be devastated. Yes, they are things and the people are the most important. But these are memories, too; pictures, video and so forth. So, yeah. Fire. :ops:

I hear you. I'd be pretty bummed if I most my guitars in a fire. Fire BAD!!!

Yeah, it was cold. And the people that caused it were embarrassed. That didn't stop them from having heaps of junk piled on their patio after that though. It looked like a rummage sale whenever you walked by. Luckily, their unit faced the back parking lot so no one passing by the front saw their hoarding mess.

Went back to the BMW dealer today.

Worked out a deal for a 2017 330i xdrive.

I pick it up next week as the car is coming in from NJ.

I’ll post some pics once I pick it up.

I figured it was time to move into a grownup car.........:)

Danie said it...never

But the BMW is an awesome Car.

Poodled on the Couch today, watched Tv (Damn 100 stations and so much Crap)
Found a Show that is called "Monster Jaeger" (Monster Hunters)
5 Hillbillies "hunted" a "Monster" named Grassman in Perry County, Ohio.

I almost wetted my Pants from Laughing.
I don`t know, if this is a Scripted Reality Show or if these Guys are real.

5 Guys, with the IQ of Mustard, running trough a Forrest at Night with Rifles in their Hands,
hunting Big Foot or something like that.
