Oh man.....that's some severe pain right there. How long have you been suffering?

I just have occasional flare ups in my lower back. Usually they come after I've done some heavy lifting or been in the car too long. I did neither yesterday, so I'm not sure how it started this time. But after I got home and took a pill, I was on a whole different plane of existence! ;;D

"Hey Stef how come it took you so long to get out your car?"

"Because as I pulled in to the car park a Rod Stewart song came on the radio so I stayed until it was over. Was the building in danger of collapsing during those three point five minutes?"

Some people in my office need to learn how to mind their damned business. The rest of the day was all uphill after that though.

Love me some Rod Stewart!

Spent the last hour dealing with a fire at our rental house next door. Somebody put cardboard on top of the woodstove. Thankfully, the fire didn't get far but we had the firemen check that there were no hot spots in the walls and use their huge fan to blow the smoke out.

If we'd known that it needed to be spelled out, we'd have put in the lease: "NOTHING gets put on top of a burning woodstove." :glare:

This is scary, I'm glad it didn't turn out to be any worse than it was!

You wouldn't think it would have needed to be spelled out. Glad it didn't get any worse than it did.

Thank you, Tet. :love_heart: There was more excitement than we needed, we're getting old! :glee:

Thankful for fire stations at either end of our country road. Three units came but two went home when they saw the fire was out. But they did make sure there was no fire waiting to go again in the wall. Also blew the smoke out with a huge fan. Thank goodness for the fire department!

I'm glad it wasn't worse. Here's a sign to hang in the bathroom for your renters.
