What Did You Dream Last Night?

Mine tend to meander here and there.. People and places, etc..but last night, and quite often was a dream of being in a precarious position.. Had to cross a narrow bridge, only about six inches wide, and had to pick up books from the treads along the way.. So high up..no idea why the books were involved. Hate these dreams of almost falling,having to cling to the wall,scary stuff..

This was a weirdy: Was visiting Paris with in laws, and all anyone wanted to see was a tree known for "Over 15,000 people have peed by this tree." Oh, and Rick Schroeder was the interior designer of my house and kept throwing things out and adding huge tapestries everywhere.

Whatever I ate last night to cause this dream was just WRONG, in so many ways

I was at a fairly large department store, went to the top floor in elevator. It was a combined music, movie and book department. Suddenly I discovered there were computer programming books as well. I grabbed a C++ programming book, and was surprised by the price tag: only 15 Euros, what a bargain! Started to leaf through the book, a little guiltily ("this is not a library").
What, this is not a programming book, but a DIY car repair guide. At that point I was waking up, the last fragment: the muzak playing in the speakers was Suspicious minds by Elvis Presley. And that's been the earworm of the day.

I dream i was at a Bruce springsteen concert, and bruce came down and asked me to sing. that's when i woek up. I dream every night, i dream Bruce dickinison(iron maiden) came out in a tuxedo and started to tap dance. Carl Jung/Sigmund freud anyone?. I had a dream involivng stephen king, but i can't remember.

I dreamt a very powerful, vivid dream that a catastrophe befell America. There was no electricity, so there was no unspoiled food or any stored water. Everyone was on his own. I was with some friends or family, and we had found a house to live in, but life wasn't pretty. We were constantly on the lookout for marauders; kinda like the good guys in The Walking Dead are for zombies. I wouldn't be surprised if the dream was prompted by that show.

ha ha, you need to lay off the rock music before bed.

It is ridiculous how little of my dreams I ever remember, if I'm lucky I might vaguely recall 1 or 2 dreams a week. Some stick with me for life, I remember being ill as a child (some 25+ years ago) and dreaming a demented owl looking bird flew out of my headboard, I have also had some brilliant dreams as a teenager/young adult that I will refrain from sharing.:love_heart:

A monster was eating the earth, reaching out and grabbing up hunks of earth and shoveling them into its mouth. People were alarmed. The media was dispatched for some video. A big chunk of the earth was missing. The monster seemed like a pretty happy camper, all he...I believe it was male...all he wanted to do was to eat the earth and he did do that. Just before that...there was this image of a big postage stamp on the earth as seen from space. The postage stamp was red and otherwise unremarkable save for that edge. What is that called? Deckered? A deckered-edge? I think not. And then the monster was there, eating. He looked somewhat like that abominable snowman in the Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer movie...only instead of white fur, he was a shade of green. I think the earth tasted like cake to him. I had no sense of place...as in where he began to chew. My view was from space, in orbit. There was a fair size piece of earth missing and he stood on the ledge where a wedge-shaped piece of earth was gone. He was not troubled by the media.
