I dunno - I was trying to change my avatar and all kinds of weird things were happening so I just went back to the same old pug, even if he is now standing still!I don't see any pug. WTH is going on with my computer tonight?

ThanksOkay, I see it now. And it is standing still.
Yep, same here. I have at least one hardcover and at least one paperback copy of each book. I love the new mass market paperback artwork for the books, too, so it looks like I'll soon start collecting those....There's no law that states that you can only have one of each title of King books in your possession.......just sayin'. I have duplicates of almost every one.
I'll defend you and say that Joyland definitely has a Bachman vibe to it. In addition, it was published by Hard Case Crimes, the house that published Blaze, so it sort of makes sense.Well, I thought Blaze was an unexpectedly touching and beautiful piece of work, so I figured mebbe the cancer of the pseudonym got to Bachman and he was kinda mellowing out a bit before the Reaper came calling.
Scribner published Blaze but the other book Hard Case Crimes published was The Colorado Kid.I'll defend you and say that Joyland definitely has a Bachman vibe to it. In addition, it was published by Hard Case Crimes, the house that published Blaze, so it sort of makes sense.
Thanks
Oops. Yes, that's what I was thinking of. Thanks!Scribner published Blaze but the other book Hard Case Crimes published was The Colorado Kid.
I always forget this was published as Bachman. I personally love this book and for all the reasons I love classic SK books. That is probably why I don't associate it at all with Bachman. The Regulators is ugly and nasty, and I personally don't like it at all, but it's recognizably King.
Senior moment? Don't even get mad 'cause we are the same age.Oops. Yes, that's what I was thinking of. Thanks!
Don't worry - I am a salami sandwich now! (open face with mustard) - my son did that and it was so cute that I took a picture)Your pug has not been moving for me in months. I don't mind.
(It does if you click on it, though.)
Oh, that doesn't bother me at all, old man!Senior moment? Don't even get mad 'cause we are the same age.
He probably wouldn't have written "The Dark Half" if the curtain was never pulled on him...I think The Dark Half would fit that bill....
