Hi, I am a constant Stephen King reader, and I'll be straight to the point.
The last book I read from Stephen King was Joyland, and to this day, his best book along with "The Stand".
There was two other books after Joyland writen by some other guy. An old fellow who realised he's close to hanging is boots and therefore decided to go against his own philosophy, and against what made him different.
Doctor Sleep was writen by a 12 year old boy, and Mr. Mercedes by an average run of the mill "James Patterson" ghost writer.
I know this was supposed to be a constructive criticism, but I feel that the best popular writer in America, maybe the world, is going against his own values as a masterful word crafter
I'll look forward to participate on this forum. Great reads!
