Way cool! pegasus216 Ceefor and Cola are back and checked in!

Nice to see you all.

(Does anyone know when we will hear back from king family fan regarding her eye exam today?)

Have a great weekend!

Behind you
So I start the job next week. I am so overwhelmed - I looked at a condo couple of weeks ago. They guy just sent me a sample lease.
Problem: I have all of this stuff. Fireplace unit, kitchen table, Flat screen tv, king size bed clothes clothes. It is either duck out on this place for April - and ditch it all. Because I will not have the funds to move in there and pay another rent here.
This place will take you to court and evict you if you are late of rent even 5 days. The cabinet falling place.

I have small car - no one to help move in it is in NJ, not that I could be driving back and forth
I will be broke if I give him the new rent money and don't pay here and I don't get paid for 2 weeks.

I don't really have any advice, sorry--but I do hope somebody close to you can come to your aid. Please keep us posted on how you get on, I wish things were easier...

When is rent due at the cabinet falling place? Do you like the condo and is it within your budget for the new job-- is it in a good location for the new job?
You already know you have limited time at the cabinet place as you have an evic notice.
Are other places available and within budget fort he new job-- meaning, is it better to continue to search for another place near the new work, or take the condo>

Moving- if you pay rent for the condo/ how soon can you move in?
Any way you can rent a UHaul truck to move your items-- won't it cost you to replace if you do not move them??
Could you contact a church or local day labor to get some help with moving your stuff in the UHaul?

Just throwing out a ton of questions to help you figure pros and cons. Good Luck!!

Woohooo!! You got the job! Can you rent a Uhaul trailer thingy - we had to do that to move our daughter back here from college. It wasn't too bad - and we had to get a big one. I think we paid $185. I'll think some more on this. I'm just so thrilled you got the job!

Although I don't have any advice for you, I'd like to congratulate you on your new job. :) :) :)
