I don't think I can help you in that regard - I was thinking more along the lines of some ice wine from Canada - kind of a hostess gift for this summer for Tracy?

Captivatingly aromatic with exquisite hints of raspberry, strawberry and violet underpinned by red apple and floral notes. Medium/full-bodied with a dry, sophisticated mouthfeel.

Ooooo - a sophisticated mouthfeel! I think we have a winner folks!

Plus it comes in the large 750 ml bottle - good for sharing!
It is only 34.51 so at that price I could buy two bottles - just have to be careful taking them over the border I guess? I'll put them in my luggage

...she would love a bottle of wine...she favors light, sweet wines....no particular brand ....

My favorite summer wine View attachment 1094 is Little Penguin Pinot Grigio. Not expensive, very light and crisp--perfect for the heat (can you tell I'm DONE with winter--lol)

We like Australian wines as well. One of my faves is an Italian Pinot Grigio. Wnderful chilled with Indian food.

Holy crap! so $20 a glass? It better set the night on fire for that! Rick was complaining about my Dave wine being $16 and we only got 4 glasses from it. Sheesh!

I have an Aussie friend who shudders at the labels we get here (in my area, it's really limited)--apparently there is a continent of fantastic vintages that I will never get to drink unless I visit her

Box o...Black Box, Cab or Shiraz It is good for a single glass, stays in the fridge, and is the equivalent of 4 bottles of great wine. Don't drink much anymore though.

...it's so expensive because of the process of making it...icy grapes ain't as easy to come by...

I know the red stuff is good for you but I prefer white wine. I have had the pink stuff and woken up with a killer headache the next day
