Every audience member must bring non perishable food for excess donation. Audience member chooses four items, judges give me a theme, twenty minutes, and a gas grill/stove. I'll give you something cohesive and tasty. Proceeds go to the linked worthwhile charity.

I've done different fundraisers as a chef- pasta buffets, chicken and waffle dinners, etc. all at cost, but the best was for the Make-A-Wish Foundation. We got to do a cake for a little girl who was big into Tangled for her send off party. My cheeks hurt from smiling so much.
