It was just released today, I got my copy at Best Buy. I don't think it's a Best Buy exclusive. There's a sticker on the front that says "See the chilling new film IT" so I guess this is a tie-in for the new movie.
Nevermind, I found it.
I really, really, really wish they would release the extended edition of Needful Things on dvd/bluray. It's a crime that this version hasn't been released yet!

Agreed. I'm guessing it will never see the light of day as this is not the most popular SK movie. I actually have a prop from this movie, one of the original Needful Things shopping bags! You can see the green shopping bags in this scene at the 0:41 second mark:
I had a friend of a friend who worked for the production company that made this movie, Agamemnon Films, who got the bag for me. Not sure if she still works there or not.
