My latest SK purchase is not Revival (unfortunately), but a copy of Insomnia that I picked up for the princely sum of 50p at a church Christmas Fair on Saturday.

Picked up Revival for $18 at Walmart. Checking out I had to turn down the $2 protection plan for the book. The cashier said she never saw the protection plan offered on a hardcover book before. She had seen it on an audiobook though. I told her it made sense to me as I've heard the novel is pretty hot, and you have to worry it might spontaneously combust. She laughed.

It was rather pleasant. Picked up the book, tissues, Cheeze-It's, cheesecake, flip-flops, and 9mm ammo all in one store. Truly is a one stop shopping experience. And thanked the 90 year old greeter sitting in a chair for his service on this Veterans Day.
