Ayuh and you betcha! All the years I have spent perusing used bookstores and thrift shops I have never even seen a copy of Rage at any of them. I've only come across about three copies of The Long Walk. Two copies of Roadwork. The Running Man seems to be the one that is easily found for me. Must have had a bigger print run? Those baby's are hard to find. I still look for Rage and The Long walk.
Just have to thank you for the info. I'm gonna try to pick it up somewhere. Never seen it in Sweden though. Can be because of the baeball connection. That is a very minor sport here. Just a few entusiast playing and no newspaper coverage at all. To become a star is impossible. But i knew from other King books that he is a big fan.Just a hint for those who have not read Blockade Billy--DO NOT click on the footnote numbers. Those will reveal spoilers.

Dang - that's awesome. I'm going book thrifting tomorrow. Mayhap I stumble upon some treasures. I want some rare stuff - I really want the Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon pop up. And I'd like some old copies of Carrie, Salem's Lot and The Shining - I have new ones. But the thrill is in the chase. I haven't seen anything lately.Went to the library sale today. got a copy of the Bachman Books,Duma key and a comic The Stand-The night has come.HC
I haven't really been out much lately. Not really purchasing much as my eyes are pretty costily. Haven't bought anything new lately. Was hoping to order some of the 40th anniversary books ,but that won't be happening. So just a few cheapys.Dang - that's awesome. I'm going book thrifting tomorrow. I have the 4 story "Bachman books" with rage included, it was pretty easy to find on play.com, I checked again recently for someone and they still had them. They don't ship to the states, but the individual sellers might if you bypass play.I have Thinner, The Regulators, Blaze, The Running Man & Roadwork. I used to have The Long Walk but it must have gotten gone when I sold most of my books years ago. I've never laid my eyes on a copy of Rage, didn't even know it existed for a long time. Every now and then ill see where someone was selling a copy of The 4 Bachman Books, I believe it's called... I think it includes Rage. I always see it late though and miss my chance on getting it from them!
Thank god i got time to get Rage. I like it. Not a nice and comfortable story but a good one. Is it banned outside the US too? I havent looked for it in a long time its already in my shelfes but it would be a pity.I am glad I got at least one copy of the Bachman books with Rage in it. They just stopped printing it (I think). I perhaps used the wrong wording by saying it is "Banned" Ms. Mod our Moderator would know more about this.Thank god i got time to get Rage. I like it. OK. Thanks for clarifying. But i always get a little sad when books are censored or banned or things like that. Seems to be against the whole idea of culture. They just stopped printing it (I think).
