One goofy thing of many is this; I don't like to talk to people. I hate the phone so much I'd rather drive across town and go see the people I was supposed to call. And yet, when I'm by myself, I talk incessantly. Like Lepp, I'll talk to the fish, the birds, the baby, inatimate objects, myself, you name it. I'll hold complete conversations with myself. It used to crack my old boss up; I'd be in the back, prepping stuff for the day, and have an entire conversation with myself. Out loud.

I'll never be normal.

I have to drive fast no matter where I'm going, no matter if I'm late or not, or even if I'm in no hurry.
I have to be in a race with everyone around me. On a two-lane road, I look for every chance to pass a slower driver.

I find it extremely satisfying to maneuver in and out of traffic and try to never use the brakes--just slow down by downshifting.
All this with VERY loud music--usually rap--blasting in my ears.

My father and brother always had sports cars and watched racing. My brother raced for a while. I guess that's why I do it now.
Goofy, eh?

I am unsure the word is goofy. I think we need a new thread called Your one deathwish...

I don't know if its goofy but i drink alot of Coke. Usually drinks just before bedtime the last time. And i read History, even books i read before, to relax. But thats perhaps more nerdy than goofy?? I like to sing when out walking by myself if i'm in the right mood and sometimes people look. Earlier i used to dance for myself when waiting for the subway.....
